
Berry Meringue Nests

Ingredients
2 eggs, whites only
1 tablespoon sugar
Handful of berries (your choice)
Equipment
Parchment Paper and pencil
Baking Tray
Measuring cups and spoons
Medium bowl
Piping bag with tip of your choice
How To
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
Draw 4 to 5, two inch size round circles onto the parchment paper. Turn the parchment paper over, and place it onto the baking tray.
In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks. Add the sugar slowly and continue beating until you get stiff peaks.
Place the egg whites in a piping bag.
Pipe over the circles starting in the middle and working your way out.
Pipe another layer on top of that.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
Place some berries in the middle of each meringue and serve!
