
Dutch Baby Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Fresh berries (or your choice of fruit)
Tablespoon of powdered sugar for decoration

How To
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and heat a skillet in the oven.
Blend flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Carefully remove the hot skillet, melt the butter in it, then pour in the batter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffy.
Top with fresh berries and using a sieve sprinkle some powdered sugar.
