Ingredients

1 cup ghee

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 egg white

2 1/2 - 3 cups flour

Pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

Handful of chocolate chips or cloves

How To

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/176 Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside

In a large bowl, beat the ghee and sugar until smooth and well combined. Add the egg white and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.

Add in the flour mixture by hand. Mix it by hand until well combined.

Shape the dough into round balls by taking about 1 tablespoon of dough and rolling into a ball shape. Insert a chocolate chips or cloves Equipment into each biscuit.

Line them on the baking tray about an inch apart.

Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.

Remove and let them cool completely on the tray.
