
Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
4 ½ cups powdered sugar,, sifted
1 lb unsalted butter 450g, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
Equipment
Measuring cups and spoons
1 large bowl (if using handheld electric mixer)
Standing or handheld electric mixer
Spatula
How to
In a stand mixer, beat the butter until its creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat well.
Then add the salt and vanilla and continue beating.
Gradually add the milk until you get a fluffy like consistency.
